This may come as a shock, but Lucas Grabeel is turning 36 years old on Monday, November 23. The actor was only 21 when he starred in High School Musical, which means it has been more than 14 years since the iconic Disney Channel movie hit screens, and we can’t believe how fast time has flown by!

As fans know, the flick also starred Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and more. It was about a star athlete named Troy Bolton who fell for a nerdy girl named Gabrielle Montez at a New Year’s Eve karaoke party. Together, they auditioned for the high school musical, but when mean girl Sharpay Evans and her brother Ryan tried to sabotage them and steal the roles, it made things a little complicated. It was definitely a big part of a lot of our childhoods, so the fact that it’s been more than a decade since it came out is seriously making us feel old.

But wait, what is the cast up to these days, you ask? In honor of Grabeel’s birthday, we decided to check in on them all, and boy, have they all changed a lot! Here’s what the stars are doing now…
